Only one written referee report required

Email confirmation to replace signatures

 

In considering nominations the judges are seeking:

Clear responses to each criteria

Examples from practice

Validation from others, particularly clients, where appropriate

Compliance with the word limits

This sample uses the Agent of Change Award. We have not used our the word limit but merely attempted to give you a sense of what we are looking for. Feel free to add supporting evidence when submitting the nomination but ensure the evidence is referenced within the application.
