Special Announcement - May 2013

The Organising Committee are happy to announce key dates for the next WA Social Worker of the Year Awards.

To date, the Awards has operated across a calendar year, and therefore across two financial years.  This has created some additional levels of financial management and processing, and the Organising Committee have therefore decided to move the date of the next Awards so that the financial and Awards year coincide.  That means that the next Awards will be held in 2014.  All our major sponsors and the partners support the change and we will be welcoming them back for the 2014 Awards.

At this time we can let you know some key dates:

4 November 2013: Launch of the WA Social Worker of the Year Awards.

February 2014: Nominations for the WA Social Worker of the Year Awards will open.

9 June 2014: WA Social Worker of the Year Awards night.
